Name of dairy and location are embossed within a tombstone slug plate on one side. Bottom embossed CLIMAX / 164.

We discovered this bottle in Newport News, Virginia. A great addition to your milk bottle collection! Bruise on inside of lip. Subsurface 1/8" freeze line above letter "A in EAST.
