When you're ABLE to find one that is. This bottle has a LOT of yellow in it, is VERY rare, and seldom comes up for sale. There's an interesting and informative posting on the peachridge glass web site and if you do a simple internet search for.....
The labeled Constitutional Beverage Bitters? It should come right up. Wait till you see the absolutely KILLER c itron yellowish/olive one that's shown there in the posting! There is absolutely NO damage on this bottle, and it's in EXCEPTIONAL overall condition with a decorative unfurled scroll design on the front panel. The applied disc lip is fat and PERFECT.
The embossing is VERY strong and well pronounced and there's quite a few nice bubbles in the glass as well. But since this isn't a dug/tumbled example, there is just a slight amount of very minor and expected wear and a little bit of wispy haze which is barely noticeable. A very light pro cleaning would be all that you'd need.
But I personally like to keep my bottles all original if it can be helped and I feel it's good to go and "display/shelf ready" just the way it is, which is why I never bothered to have it tumbled. Sure, if it was all mineralized over with heavy ground stain, then that's a totally different matter altogether. But to me, it's looking awesome just the way it is. However, once it's yours, then it's your call to make.
Height is 10 1/4 inches. BEST of LUCK to you! Got a minute or two to spare? Then have a look at my other listings (right now I don't have anything else listed, but that's sure to change very soon) and remember to keep watching for more.
