In good condition with no cracks and only two small jigger bites on top rim. The bottle was made by John B.

On bottom of the milk bottle it reads J. Brooke- 16-maker, 86 Fulton St. The milk company was Isaac W. Rushmore and reads this on the front -registered 100 Atlantic Ave. Brooklyn, along with their emblem in a cicle W and R letter at the top in a circle.
