A Rare 19th Century Folk Art Love Token In The Form Of A Medicine Bottle With Stippled Decoration Added Painstakingly By Hand With A Nail. The Bottle Is A Standard Rochester NY Warner's Safe Kidney And Liver Cure Bottle In Excellent Condition. It Has Been Stippled On The Back With What Appears To Be A Naive Pine Tree, Some Smaller Trees Or Foliage, A Border Of Swirls, The Letters "T+R" And A Date Of "1889". I've Seen And Owned Stippled Wine Bottles Before But Never On A Medicine Bottle. Condition is good, commensurate with age and use.

Structurally sound, no chips or cracks. Measures 24cm x 9cm x 3cm Weighs 450 grams.
