Devoe & Co was a paint company that opened its doors in New York Cities Manhattan with William Post at its front. W Devoe & Co teamed up with C. They were importing pigments and mixing their own colors; making it easier access for homeowners to DIY.

They bought an entire street on both Fulton & Horacio in the Far West Village of Greenwich. Un 1908; this little piece about the tooth fairy came out in the Chicago Tribune by Lillian Brown (see last picture). Devoe & Co, who was operating out of New York, came up with this brilliant advertising idea to sell these magical little bottles of Flitter Dust!
