Large Half Gallon Batavia Dairy Co. "Dari-Maid" glass milk bottle dated 1948. Not sure if it is from Batavia, Illinois, or Batavia, New York. Bottle is in good/used condition with minor normal light wear from age, use and storage. Two color orange and black ACL design looks quite good for age of this bottle.

The colors might have dulled just a little but I would not call it fading. Please look at photos for better description of condition. Measures 10 1/2 inches tall. Back side says Energy For An Emergency DRINK MORE MILK "A Meal In A Bottle" with a young boy who has just caught a fish and has fallen down reeling it in. The item "Batavia Dairy Co.
