THIS PINT SARATOGA WAS BLOWN FOR CLARKE & CO OF SARATOGA NEW YORK. IT WAS BLOWN IN THE MID 1840'S BY ONE OF THE NEW YORK GLASS HOUSES.

THE COLOR IS A NICE DEEP TEAL COLORED GLASS. THE IRON PONTIL IS 100% INTACT.

I CANNOT DECIDE WHETHER THIS BOTTLE HAS BEEN CLEANED. IF SO, IT WAS VERY LIGHTLY. THERE IS AN ANOMALIE BELOW THE O' OF YORK.

I DO BELIEVE IT IS IN-MANUFACTURE. OVERALL A VERY PLEASING PIECE. I HAVE SEEN THIS BOTTLE, BUT NEVER AS DEEP A COLOR, OR AS WELL EMBOSSED. THIS BOTTLE IS SIMPLY EMBOSSED; CLARKE & CO, NEW YORK.
