Offered for sale is the shown original "Gay-Ola" Soda Bottle Cap from the Glasgow Bottling Co. The cap appears to say "Glasgow NY" across the bottom. Glasgow, NY does not exist, so we are a little puzzled by this. One theory we have is that the cap was misprinted, and the "NY" should be KY. There was an old bottling plant in Glasgow, KY. Impossible to find another one anywhere online. Cap is believed to be around 90 years old. A must have for the right collector of Gay-Ola bottles. Cap is not bent at all and has original cork inside the cap. Cap may have never been on a bottle, but unable to prove this. Cap was found recently in Glasgow Kentucky. Another one may never surface again, so don't let this one get away! Great information can be found by Googling "Gay-Ola" soda!
