IRON PONTIL 10 SIDED SOUTHWICK & TUPPER NEW YORK BEAUTIFUL GREEN 1840s SODA

This is a beautiful green 10 sided iron pontil colored soda bottle from New York.... SOUTHWICK / & / TUPPER / NEW YORK boldly emb on flat panels around bottle with blank rounded panels in between...... Iron pontil with dark iron deposit.... Applied tapered or wedge collar.... Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage of any kind. A sparkling clean bottle with no haze. Lightly pro cleaned to remove some light haze. Retains some light surface scratches. Letters have been painted by previous collector, but the white paint could easily be removed. All embossing is bold and crisp....
