Here we have a light emerald green (with a touch of yellow) blown in mold/tooled lip bottle embossed on one side panel Old Dr. Townsend, s (apostrophe is actually a comma), embossed on a second side panel Sarsaparilla, and embossed on a third panel New York.

Bottle is 10-3/8 tall and 3-1/16 square at the base and is in very good condition with a touch of spotty interior haze but no other chips, cracks, or other damage. This is (in my experience) a very hard to find variation of these bottlesIve seen dozens of pontiled versions and only one other tooled lip/smooth base version of the Old Dr.
