Open Pontil S. A. Allen's World's Hair Balsam

Offered for sale is a 6 ½-inch-tall medicine embossed. Allen's // World's Hair / Balsam / 355 Broome St. Bottle has been nicely tumbled. It has a drippy, double-collar applied top. A nice aqua color, light whittling, and an open-pontil base.
