Up for consideration is a Parker New York Dark Sapphire Blue - Cobalt Iron Pontil Soda Bottle. This is one of the best Parkers I've ever seen.

Top is in super excellent condition with no cracks, chips. Very nice horizontal tooling marks around the top.

Bottom has lots of iron graphite left on it. There is a medium size bubble (NOT an open bubble) which the iron graphite covers on the bottom and it appears the pontil snapped off at this point leaving a somewhat sharp ridge. Very interesting to look at. There are two bubble on the bottom edge. Various bubbles throughout glass, non of which are open.

Neck has a bunch of swirls where the bottom neck reaches the top. The embossing is very good. Light stain on inside of bottle under the word PARKER. Kick up base has a nice dimple on it not covered with iron.

Overall a very fantastic bottle. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this baby. No chips, cracks, repairs, etc, just very minor stain inside bottle under the word PARKER.

You will not be dissapointed! And I forgot to mention that the top is lop-sided! Yes the top leans to one side adding great character to this bottle.
