Rare Circa 1860 (H. F. & B. NY) Holtz Freystedt & Bros. Paneled Whiskey Bottle

Here is an astounding and wonderfully rare bottle that wasn't discovered by the bottle community at large until 2003 at a show in Baltimore. To my knowledge, this is only one of a few examples known. I would not describe this bottle as having any kind of damage however there is a very small nearly popped surface bubble near the base that is pictured. I will not try to pin down color but I would describe it as an amber copper puce.

Of course this is completely subjective so you be the judge. This is a fantastic opportunity to add a rare bottle to your collection. Please ask questions if you have any.
