Inner rubber cap is stuck inside plastic cover it can be seen in the last two images. There are minor scratch on back plastic cover, overall condition of bottle is good for its old age. It is indeed a nice collectible bottle, would surely look beautiful on any shelf. It will be a good addition to any old glass bottle collection and a must for old after shave bottle collector's..
