Rare Stoddard llll Varient Dr. Townsend's Sarsparilla Albany N. Y

Here we have a very nice example of an early Dr, Townsend's Sarsaparilla blown in the IIII mold. I had this bottle listed last week, but had to relist because of a problem with the pictures. I apologize to anyone I have troubled. So, here it is again, with its' tilted neck and mold marks and wonderful crudity. Color is deep green olive, loaded with tiny bubbles (none open). Glass is clean and shiny. I would say this is an attic bottle. There is a small pry chip on the lip (see photos). This guy is about 9.5 inches tall and 3 inches square, and oozes character.
