Vintage Bottle TC Jeffers and Company Albany NY

First i dont know a thing about bottles. I got this at a local antique store liquidation that specialized in them.

Several bubbles in the glass. At first look i thought cracked but i dont think it is definitely a black substance trailing that shape possibly in an internal crack but definitely a substance and i dont feel an exterior crack.
