This is an Olcut Union Cutlery Co. Coke Bottle Shape rosewood look handled one blade knife made in Olean N. The blade is 3-3/4"; and the overall knife is 5-1/4" closed. The knife has a beautiful composite handle and shiny chrome bolsters as well as brass side liners, a real mark of quality.

The knife has some very minor wear and some minor scratches but no gouges in the bolsters. More from being moved around and handled, but not from use or being abused (see photos). The blade is tight and has no wiggle and all of the snap opening and closing that it came with. The blade does not appear to have been used much and it doesn't appear that it has been sharpened and should still have the factory edge intact. The blade has some darkening and that could be normal because it is carbon steel, but I think a lot of the darkness might come off with a hard cleaning and reveal a very shiny almost unused blade. The handle has no chips or cracks, the condition is very good. There is a black nylon sheath that comes with the knife, obviously it is not original to the knife, but it fits and protects the knife very well. This knife is large, attractive with the Coke bottle shape, and is a high quality RARE Olcut Union Cutlery Co. Knife in what I see as being very good condition over all for its age, but you must see the note above on condition. It would make a great daily carry knife with Olcut Olean N.
